October 20, 2007 - Sub Aviator Systems, LLC is pleased to announce its strategic alliance with Nuytco Research, Ltd. of Vancouver, BC (www.nuytco.com) and is honored to welcome Dr. Phil Nuytten, OBC, L.L.D. as a partner and member of its Board of Directors.

Dr. Nuytten and Nuytco bring over 30 years of experience in the development and fabrication of deep submergence vehicles including the Deep Rover, Aquarius, Remora, Newtsuit, Exosuit and DeepWorker line of submersibles. Today, Newt Subs operate around the world in some the ocean's most challenging environments performing critical scientific and commercial operations.

According to Sub Aviator Systems' Managing Director, John Jo Lewis, the company’s partnership with Nuytco is significant because it will allow SAS provide its submersible clients with the exhilarating performance and (until now) unrivalled underwater flight experience embodied in the Aviator submersible-- in a new craft that not only performs better, but incorporates the best of Nuytco's advanced, yet proven technology.

The result of this unique marriage of SAS’s cutting-edge, underwater flight experience with Nuytco's reliable, Lloyd's certified components will take shape in the forthcoming ORCASUB, scheduled to begin production in early 2008.
